Prospect Edge is a platform designed to help student-athletes and their families navigate the college recruiting process. Our services include profile creation, recruiting email generation, campaign management, and educational resources.

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and truthful information in your athletic profile
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Provide false or misleading information about your athletic abilities
• Send spam or unsolicited communications to coaches
• Violate any NCAA rules or regulations
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code or engage in any illegal activities

5. Payment Terms

Our Service offers both free and paid features. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused portions of paid periods.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Prospect Edge and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to your profile, but grant us a license to use this content to provide our services.

7. Disclaimers

Prospect Edge provides tools and resources to assist in the recruiting process, but we cannot guarantee any specific outcomes, including college recruitment, scholarships, or admission.

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Prospect Edge be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our Service.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
